Product Warranty and Return Information
Know that the motorcycle products we
distribute are from the finest in the industry and we want your
purchasing experience to be the best it can be. With that being
said, at times it does become necessary to replace a product
because of failures in materials or workmanship or just because
the product isn’t what you thought it would be. Because of this
we have what we believe to be fairly liberal warranty and return
policies to help to assure you that we have your satisfaction in
mind.
Warranties
If the products you purchased prove to have either material or
workmanship defects within two (2) years of your purchase, we
will pay to have the products returned to us at our cost and
replace the item in question at no additional cost to you. This
policy excludes damages caused by the improper use of our
products or normal wear and tear caused by their usage.
Return Information
We offer a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy whereby you
can return the products to us for a full refund less shipping
costs. We do not refund your full purchase price because we hold
back the amount of the shipping costs incurred to ship the
products to you whether the product you purchased had free
shipping or not. In addition, you will be responsible to pay for the costs of shipping
the products back to us if you elect to return your
purchases for any reason other than product defects. Note that
the products you return to us must be in the original packaging
and free from defects. You cannot use the products, damage them
and then expect to return them to us for a full refund.
Satisfaction
We know that making purchasing decisions requires a leap of
faith at times. It is our utmost objective to have you be happy
with the decision you have made to purchase motorcycle
accessories from us and accordingly will do everything we can to
make sure the experience was perfect. In short, we want you to
feel comfortable taking that leap of faith. If we seem to fall
short in any area, let us know because we will work to correct
our mistakes and gain your satisfaction.
